Within cloud computing, managed IT services, and software/SaaS, a successful SOC 2 Type II audit is considered one of the leading standards for handling, storing, or transmitting data in a highly secure and confidential way. This certification applies to all secure data handling and transmission protocols practiced by eScribe as a company, the eScribe software platform itself, as well as any affiliated second- or third-party systems, software or service providers used by eScribe, such as its highly secure Microsoft Azure code base.
